The Nest

A customer approached me with a request.  She had her mother's pearl necklace which consisted of many small pearls.  The customer wished to have pendants made for her twin granddaughters which would incorporate pearls from her mother's necklace.

We decided on a nest for each granddaughter with two pearls in each to represent them.  She also wanted them slightly different so that each twin would have a unique pendant. 

She was delighted with the results, as were the twins.  Since then, I have made other nests to represent family.  The nests can contain pearls, beads or silver eggs.  Who would you like to be in a nest with???
